Senator Whitaker holds an MPM (Master’s Degree in Political Management) an MCJ (Master's Degree in Strategic Criminal Justice Management), a Juris Doctor degree, Executive Education certificates from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and the Said School of Business at Oxford University and is a Certified Public Manager (R). CEO Whitaker has over 23 years of experience in legal research, writing/drafting, and analysis, over 15 years of corporation law (incorporation & governance), nonprofit administration, and management. Genevieve has served on several nonprofit boards in the Virgin Islands and the U.S. mainland.  She is also a trained lobbyist. President Whitaker is a certified grant writer and Board Source® member with extensive training in nonprofit law. President Whitaker has a vast network of contacts in the legal arena, which spans the globe, and she is a member of key entities such as the American Bar Association. President Whitaker is also a certified website designer and HootSuite (a leading social media management system) professional.
